It must be undamaged and in its original condition and packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Used or damaged items

Customized or personalized items

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.
Note: Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
