At Letoro Shoes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return under the following conditions:

                         You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.

✔ Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

                                                The product must be unused

It must be undamaged and in its original condition and packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.

Note: Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Refunds:

                     Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your                                                            refund is approved.

                  If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method                                                      within 7 to 10 business days.

Please note, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
